  • Do I need to bring my own laundry bag?

    Maybe — just for your first visit! Since we haven’t had a chance to give you a complimentary laundry bag yet, feel free to bring your clothes in whatever’s easiest for you. After your first order, we’ll provide you with a laundry bag to use for future drop-offs.

  • How long will my laundry take?

    Laundry dropped off before 11:00 AM is ready the same day between 4:00–6:00 PM.
    Laundry dropped off after 11:00 AM will be ready the next day between 4:00–6:00 PM.

  • How will I know when my laundry is ready?

    We’ll send you a text or give you a call as soon as your laundry is ready for pickup. Please wait for that message before coming by — we want to make sure everything’s finished and fresh for you!

  • What is considered a 'load'?

    One load is considered up to 15 pounds of laundry - you can bring two of these per appt. That’s about a full medium sized basket of clothes — perfect for a regular weekly wash! If you’re not sure how much you have, don’t worry — we’ll weigh it for you at drop-off. You can bring up to two loads per appointment.

  • How does the process work?

    It’s simple!

    Come in during your reserved drop-off time.

    Sort your laundry (lights, darks, etc.) if you haven’t already — we don’t sort for you due to liability reasons, but you're welcome to use our sorting area at Simply Tilly.

    Treat any stains using our free DIY stain station — if you haven’t already. Or, don’t treat your stains — we don’t judge.

    Fill out the laundry menu with your preferences.

    Drop it off and relax! We’ll take it from there and let you know when it’s ready for pickup.

  • Do you launder undergarments?

    Yes, we do — with a few guidelines:

    There is a $10 undergarment fee per order if policy not followed.

    Undergarments must be placed in a mesh laundry bag.

    For hygiene reasons, we do not remove them from the bag or handle them individually.

    This ensures everything is cleaned with care while maintaining sanitary standards for all our customers

  • What areas does Simply Tilly service?

    We proudly service Edmond and the greater Oklahoma City metro area. Our primary service areas include Edmond and Oklahoma City, and we’re often able to accommodate surrounding areas as well.

    Because we optimize pickup and delivery routes based on availability and employee schedules, service outside our core areas may be offered on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, just reach out — we’re happy to check availability and see what we can accommodate.

  • Do I need to provide my own detergent?

    No — providing your own detergent is not required. We carry 10+ premium detergent options, including non-toxic, standard, and luxury detergents in a variety of scents, so you can choose what works best for you.

    If you prefer a specific brand or have sensitivities, you’re more than welcome to provide your own detergent and we’ll gladly use it.
